With its covered terrace, there is no better place to have a sweet moment by combining good food and good wines, both produced on site, prepared and served with care by the vineyard team and the brigade of Panache, the one of the best restaurants in town.

Vines - Variety
Initially, we were building contractor in civil engineering and accounting in a multinational retail. With 3 children, company management, crazy time in our travels, our schedule was just crasy. One day we did what many people dream of doing, that is to say, change their lives. We then liquidated the company, left our jobs and sold our house to launch headlong into a new adventure, that of becoming winemakers. From that moment, our passion has become our profession.
In 2003, we take possession of the vineyard to live and continue existing operations. To get there, we are surrounded by very competent people in the field. We followed courses available on the subject, traveled to wine producing countries besides us be immersed in the many wine-readings. Surrounded by an experienced vineyard manager and a passionate agronomist, we have set up a driving mode of the vine which now proves beneficial to the entire culture. The collaboration of two French winemakers came structuring important phases of winemaking stages, and this from the harvest to bottling. Finally, with the help of great passion for wine and the public, we have created a warm and friendly atmosphere in the cellar during the tasting and sale of our wines.
Today we are living proof that it is possible to realize these dreams!
